B O B ' S    C O C K T A I L    R E C I P E S


MY  MAI  TAI
  1. Add the following to a cocktail shaker
    • 1-1/2 oz. white rum
    • 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
    • 1/2 oz. Cointreau (do not subsitute something else)
    • 1/2 oz. orgeat (almond) syrup
    • 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Pour into an appropriate size glass
  4. Add 3/4 oz. dark rum FLOATED over the drink

MY  NEGRONI
     This is a gin centered version. It uses 1-1/2 amount of gin compared to the vermouth and Campari instead of the typical equal proportions. Use a high quality London dry gin such as Plymouth (from England), The Botanist (from Scotland), or Bluecoat (from Philadelphia).
 
  1. Add the following to a cocktail shaker
    • 3 oz. gin
    • 2 oz. sweet vermouth
    • 2 oz. Campari
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass
  4. Alternatively, pour into an appropriate size glass if you want it over ice
  5. Cut a small wedge of orange and squeeze it into the glass
